Curious, Compassionate, Cheerleader… Coach
I came to coaching in search of my own best career, life and a path to serve others. My favorite ways to serve others have always involved understanding what makes us all tick - getting down to what’s underneath our beliefs, behaviors and struggles. I hold people to be naturally creative, resourceful and whole. One of my greatest joys as a coach is helping people see themselves that way, too.
I am committed to offering a quality, effective experience for my clients, steeped in powerful and time-tested tools. I chose to train in Co-Active coaching - the gold standard of coach training and the most rigorous and respected certification in the industry. I hold the CPCC (Certified Professional Co-active Coach) as well as PCC (Professional Certified Coach) through the International Coaching Federation - the main governing body for certified coaches.
In addition, I constantly pursue other training and education, including The CTI CoActive Leadership program, ORSC (Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching), RIM (Reintegrating Images in Memory) and others. My commitment to learning to be the best coach for you also includes self-directed learning.
NOTE: We all need to find the right coaching relationship for ourselves, for our goals and for the stage we’re at in our growth. It’s also important that you’re able to speak freely with your coach, which means that someone you already know may not be the right coach for you. I’ll be more than happy - thrilled even - to help you explore who else you might want to work with if it’s not me.
I strongly encourage you to seek out coaches who are, at minimum, ICF certified. There really is a difference.
